👮♂️ Driver Education in the North Denver Metro: TopCops Driving School
Serving families throughout the north Denver metro, TopCops Driving School offers state-approved driver education taught entirely by off-duty or retired police officers.
TopCops’ teen driver education program prepares students for the permit test and real-world driving through interactive lectures, discussions, games, and hands-on activities. Teens learn critical skills such as how to handle a tire blowout, change a tire, respond safely when pulled over, and make smart decisions behind the wheel.
TopCops is a huge proponent of the Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) program ensuring your teen follows a progressing curriculum to learn and gain the quality experience they need to be a safe driver.
Each session begins with a brief parent orientation, offering guidance on how to support teens as at-home driving instructors.

All of our classroom and driving instructors are trained in providing an excellent education to teens on safe driving both in the classroom and behind the wheel.
Our instructors prepare students at a cognitive and emotional level to accept and understand the responsibility associated with driving by developing their SIPDE (Scan, Identify, Predict, Decide, Execute) skill set. This elite training is how our instructors train rookie police officers, and we use many of these same tactics to make your young driver safe and successful.
