Grab you kids with their sneakers and head to Downtown Boulder for Boulder Country Day School's KIDS RUN this Sunday!
This is the fourth annual Kids Fun Run hosted as part of Boulderthon. It’s designed specifically for children, offering a lively, encouraging environment to get young ones involved in running.

Who It's For
The event is aimed at kids—whether they have never run a race before or have been running in fun runs or school meets. Parents are encouraged to participate alongside their child—parents can run for free with their kid. It’s a great opportunity for families to share the race-day experience together, build confidence, and celebrate accomplishment—even if the pace is more about joy than speed.
Practical Details & Tips
- Bib Pickup: Early bib pickup is available September 20–25 at Fleet Feet locations, or during the Boulderthon Expo on September 26–27.
- Shirts: Finisher shirts will be available after the race for those who pick up early.
- Parking: Downtown parking is free on Sundays, but garages fill quickly — plan to arrive at least two hours early.
- Gear Check: There is no gear check for the Kids Run, so plan to travel light.
